| Sunday, February 17 at 5:00 p.m. duration approximately 2 hours San Francisco Renaissance Voices "Feast for St. Valentine" Todd Jolly, music director with guest artist Sean Smith, lute Journey back in time to attend a trial in one of the famous Courts of Love, resplendent with troubadour songs and airs de coeur. After the judge renders her verdict, this "Feast for St. Valentine" concludes with Orlando di Lasso's parody mass, Missa super 'Mon coeur se recommande a vous' (Mass on 'My heart still longs for you') based on his motet of the same name. This acclaimed choir is a favorite of audiences throughout the Bay Area for their impeccable performances of music of Renaissance Europe.
